We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, once a booking is confirmed, performance of a contract.
5. How We Store Your Data
Enquiry emails are received directly into our email account hosted by Zoho Mail. We retain correspondence for up to 3 years for booking and tax record purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
Our website is hosted on Netlify (USA), which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Availability Data
Our availability calendar uses the Beds24 platform to display booking dates. No personal data is shared with Beds24 unless you proceed to make a booking through their system, at which point Beds24's own privacy policy applies.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restrict how we process your data
- Object to our processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
