When you make a booking or enquiry we collect: your name, address, email address, phone number, and booking details. We collect this information only when you provide it to us voluntarily.

- To send occasional emails about offers and availability, only if you tick the box to receive them when booking. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service may set cookies on your device to collect anonymised information about pages visited, time spent on the site and how you arrived. No personally identifiable information is collected. Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept cookies via the consent banner on our site. You can opt out at any time by declining cookies or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how our website is used, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records how you move around and interact with pages (such as clicks, taps and scrolling) and produces heatmaps and anonymised session replays. Anything typed into our booking and enquiry forms is hidden from these recordings. Like Google Analytics, Clarity is only loaded if you accept cookies, and declining cookies keeps it switched off. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing scripts or any other third-party tracking services.
Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate our website: Stripe for payment processing, Zoho Mail and Resend for email, Beds24 for booking management, Cloudflare for website hosting, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics (only if you accept cookies). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain booking data for a period of 6 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Contact form enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted after 12 months.
